Registration and login
- To register for the PFERD TOOLS SHOP for the first time, click Login next to the search bar.
- Now select the option Create Account Now to access the registration form.
- To log in, click Login next to the search bar.
- Now enter your e-mail address and password on the left-hand side.
- Confirm your entries by clicking “Login” or press “Enter” to enter the PFERD TOOLS SHOP.
- Click “Login” .
- On the login screen, select “Forgot password” to reset your password.
- You will then receive an e-mail to set a new password .
- Any number of users can register under a customer number.
- If you do not log in, you will not be able to place an order in the PFERD TOOLS SHOP.
- Our retailer search and the “Buy at retailer” function are available as alternatives.
Orders and deliveries
- Go to the item in question and select the “Check availability” function.
- You will now see at a glance whether and in which calendar week the item can be shipped.
- Your shopping basket also shows the availability of each item.
- In the “My Account” area, go to “Shop Orders” .
- Click the shopping trolley icon after the relevant order.
- The entire order will now be added directly to your shopping basket.
- If you searched for an item but did not find any products, please use the Quick Order function.
- If the item you are looking for is still not displayed, please get in touch with the relevant point of contact in our Customer Service team.
- Yes. Tick the “Save as recurring address” option if this address is a recurring delivery address for your company.
- We will gladly save this address in your customer data for you.
- You can view the status of your order in the “My Account” area under “All Orders” .
- Once your package has been shipped, you can track the shipment by clicking the link under “All Orders” in the “My Account” area.
- Enter the material number or EAN of the custom-made product using the Quick Order function.
- Yes, you can do this. Please go to “My Account” .
- You can download all the documents relating to your order from there.
- If you want to change or cancel your order, you can only do this by phoning or e-mailing your point of contact.
- In our online spare parts catalogue we have compiled all the information about every PFERD TOOLS drive.
- A few clicks is all it takes to select the spare parts or spare parts kits you need, add them to your shopping basket and order them online directly from PFERD TOOLS.
- At the end of the checkout process you have the option to request quotations for the items in your shopping basket.
- You can view and accept your quotations in the “My Account” area.
- Delivery times may change. To find out more, please go to “My Account” and then the “All Orders” tab.
- If the delivery times have not been updated there despite the back order, our Customer Service team will be pleased to assist you further.
- After logging in you will find the price that applies for you on the relevant product page .
- When you check out, your current customer-specific prices are also always requested from PFERD TOOLS and shown in your shopping basket .
- On the day you register, you will only see the list prices. All of your customer-specific prices will be available the next day .
- You can already place orders on the day of registration.

Payments
- Payments can only be made by invoice .
- You can redeem your discount code in the order overview in the shopping basket under “Voucher Code” .
- Please check whether your discount code is valid and whether all the terms and conditions for obtaining the discount have been satisfied.

The “Quick Order” function offers you several individual ordering methods:- Order by copying and pasting.
- Order using the item number, EAN or your own customer material number.
- Order via a CSV upload.
- To this end, upload your Excel list under “Quick Order” .
- Please make sure that your list contains both the item numbers and the corresponding quantities .
- A template for this is available to download here .
- Scan the EAN code on your PFERD TOOLS product with your mobile device to quickly and easily obtain further information about the product.
- To ensure we always provide the best possible user experience, we regularly optimize the additional features in the PFERD TOOLS SHOP for the various operating systems.
- If, however, no results are shown after scanning the product, you can also search for the relevant item directly using the EAN number.

- You can also purchase items directly from PFERD TOOLS or from authorized specialist retailers.
- New users can be created and managed under “Users and roles” in the “My Account” area.
- Administrators can create buyers who are able to place orders without prior approval as long as they stay below a defined purchasing limit. Approval from an administrator is required if they exceed this limit.
- If you want to make all orders subject to approval, do not enter a purchasing limit when creating the buyer.
- Administrators can only be created by PFERD TOOLS. The registration form at https://se.pferd.com/en/register must be used.
- The ‘Buyer’ role can fill shopping carts and submit them for approval after exceeding the defined purchasing limit.
- If they have exceeded their purchasing limit, buyers cannot place the order until it has been approved.
- An administrator can add additional buyers under “Users and roles” in the “My Account” area.
- To do so, the “Create buyer” form must be completed with the relevant information.
- The buyer will then receive an e-mail to set a password so they can access the shop.
- Administrators receive an e-mail when a shopping cart has been submitted for approval.
- Buyers receive an e-mail when a shopping cart has been approved, rejected, or ordered directly.
- The buyer creates a shopping cart, exceeds the purchasing limit and enters a comment if necessary.
- The administrator is notified that a shopping cart has been received for approval.
- The administrator can now approve it, reject it, modify it and enter a comment if necessary.
- The buyer is notified and sees whether the shopping cart was approved or rejected under “Shopping carts” in the “My Account” area.
